Tips for a Relaxing Massage

1) Ideally, find a comfy spot splattered in dried feces.
2) Lay down on the ground on a filthy rag in the center of a busy square.
3) Add a troop of hostile monkeys chattering and throwing small objects from above.
4) Listen to the relaxing din of drums, bells and cymbols.
5) Pay a small happy man to grind, stand and step all over you!

Amputate!

Dayna brushes up on her wound-care skills by auto-amputating a frostbitten toe on the scuzzy carpet.

kayaking

so after 3 intro courses over the last year, Shilo and I finally nailed our rolls. And, I am saucy enough to brag that I got mine first, neener neener neener! We are anxiously awaiting to hear if our next trip is a go for the 2nd of June, it is low season here and they need a minimum of 4 people to run the trip.

I tried loading video but the connection is just too slow. Pics will have to suffice.
